Start on the intersection of ABCD facing D in a parallel ready stance.
- Slide your left leg across toward B so that you are making a riding stance toward D and execute a slow measure lunge punch with your left hand toward D.
- Without moving throw a full speed lunge punch toward D with your right hand.
- Without moving throw a full speed lunge punch toward D with your left hand.
- Bring your feet together left to right and then slide your right leg out toward A so that you are making a riding stance facing D. Execute a slow measure lunge punch toward D with your right hand.
- Without moving throw a full speed lunge punch toward D with your left hand.
- Without moving throw a full speed lunge punch toward D with your right hand.
- Pivoting on the balls of your feet turn 1/8 of the way around to your right so that you are making a right forward stance on line CE (front right corner of the room) and execute an inner-forearm block with your right hand toward E.
- Throw a back left front snap kick toward E with your left leg.
- Step down on line CE into a left forward stance and execute a lunge punch toward E with your left hand.
- Without moving execute a reverse punch toward E with your right hand.
- Pivoting on your right foot turn 90º to your left so that you are making a left forward stance on line CF (front left corner of the room) and execute an inner-forearm block toward F with your left hand.
- Throw a back leg front snap kick toward F with your right leg.
- Step down on line CF into a right forward stance toward F and execute a lunge punch with your right hand.
- Without stepping execute a reverse punch with your left hand.
- Pivoting on your left leg turn 1/8th of the way around to your right so that you are making a right forward stance on line CD facing D. Execute a slow measure palm hooking block toward D with your right hand.
- Without moving execute a reverse slow measure palm hooking block toward D with your left hand.
- Without moving execute a full speed lunge punch with your right hand toward D.
- Step your back leg over to make a left forward stance toward D and execute a slow measure palm hooking block with your left hand toward D.
- Without moving execute a reverse slow measure palm hooking block toward D with your right hand.
- Without moving execute a full speed lunge punch with your left hand toward D.
- Step your back leg over to make a right forward stance toward D and execute a full speed lunge punch with your right hand toward D.
- Shift your weight to your right leg and cock your left knee up to your chest as you turn your body 90º to your right.
- Execute a side thrusting kick toward D with your left leg.

- Shift your weight onto your right leg and then step your left leg out toward E so that you are making a left back stance on line EF facing E. Execute a twin knife hand block toward E.
- Step your back leg over to make a right forward stance toward E and execute a spear finger attack.
- Turn 180º to your right by pivoting on your left leg and make a right back stance on line EF toward F. Execute a twin knife hand block toward F.
- Step your back leg over making a left forward stance toward F and execute a spear finger attack.
- Turn 90º to your left by pivoting on your right leg and make a left forward stance on line CD toward C and execute an outer-forearm block with your left hand toward C.
- Without moving execute a reverse punch toward C with your right hand.
- Step your back leg over making a right forward stance toward C and execute an outer-forearm block toward C with your right hand.
- Without moving execute a reverse punch toward C with your left hand.
- Jump off your right foot toward C to execute a foot stop with your left leg.
- You should land around the intersection of lines AB and CD in a left crossed stance (your chest facing B) and executing a back fist with your left hand toward C and kiyap!
- Pivoting on the balls of your feet turn 270º to your right and step your right leg out on line AB so that you are making a right forward stance toward A and execute a two-arm block.
- Bring your feet together right to left so that you make a closed stance facing D with your arms extended at shoulders height toward A and then step your left leg out on line AB making a left forward stance toward B and execute a two-arm block and kiyap!
Return to the starting position by moving your right leg. |
