Start on the intersection of ABCD facing D in closed ready stance 1.

  1. Turn 90° to your left, pivoting on your right foot, to make a left back stance toward B and execute a twin outter forearm block.
  2. Reach out with your left hand as if you were grabbing your opponent and simultaneously pull it back and slide your front leg in making a left half back stance toward B and execute a reverse hand reverse knife hand striking with your right hand.
  3. Slide your left leg out to make a left fixed stance toward B and execute a lunge punch with your left hand.
  4. Bring your feet together left to right and then step your right leg out toward A and execute a twin outer forearm block.
  5. Reach out with your right hand as if you were grabbing your opponent and simultaneously pull it back and slide your front leg in making a right half back stance toward A and execute a reverse hand reverse knife hand striking with your left hand.
  6. Slide your right leg out to make a right fixed stance toward A and execute a lunge punch with your right hand.
  7. Bring your feet together front to rear so that you are making a closed stance toward A and then shift your focus toward C with your hands up in a guarding position.  Raise your left leg so it is cocked and poised to do a side kick.
  8. Execute a stationary side thrusting kick toward D with your left leg.
  9. Step down into a left back stance toward D and execute a knife hand guarding block.
  10. Step your right leg over toward D and execute a right back stance knife hand guarding block.
  11. Step you left leg over toward D and execute a left back stance knife hand guarding block.
  12. Step your right leg over toward D and execute a right forward stance spear finger attack and kiyap!
  13. Turn 270° to your left by pivoting on your right leg making a left back stance toward E and execute a twin outer forearm block.
  14. Reach out with your left hand as if you were grabbing your opponent and simultaneously pull it back and slide your front leg in making a left half back stance toward E and execute a reverse hand reverse knife hand striking with your right hand.
  15. Slide your left leg out to make a left fixed stance toward E and execute a lunge punch with your left hand.
  16. Bring your feet together left to right and then step your right leg out toward F and execute a twin outer forearm block.
  17. Reach out with your right hand as if you were grabbing your opponent and simultaneously pull it back and slide your front leg in making a right half back stance toward F and execute a reverse hand reverse knife hand striking with your left hand.
  18. Slide your right leg out to make a right fixed stance toward A and execute a lunge punch with your right hand.
  19. Bring your feet together front to rear so that you are making a closed stance toward C with your arms raised up to shoulder height in fists extended to their respective sides.  Then step your left leg out toward C making a left forward stance and execute a circular block with your right hand.
  20. Execute a back leg front snap kick with your right leg toward C.
  21. Step your right leg down toward C making a right forward stance and execute a reverse punch with your left hand.
  22. Without moving raise your arms up to shoulder height in fists extended to their respective sides.  Without stepping execute a circular block toward C with your left hand.
  23. Execute a back leg front snap kick with your left leg toward C.
  24. Step your left leg down toward C making a left forward stance and execute a reverse punch with your right hand.
  25. Bring your right leg up and cock it as if its posed to throw a side kick toward C.
  26. Execute a high section side kick toward C with your right leg.  Maintain your balance and step your right leg down behind your left leg so that your are making a crossed stance toward A.
  27. Turn 180° to your left by pivoting on your right leg and step your left leg out toward B making a left back stance and execute a guarding block toward B.
  28. Bring your feet together left to right and then step your right leg out toward A making a right back stance guarding block toward A and kiyap!

Return to the starting position by moving your right leg.
