Start on the intersection of ABCD facing D in a parallel ready stance.

  1. Turn 90° to your left, pivoting on your right foot, to make a left forward stance toward B and execute an outer forearm block with your left hand.
  2. Without moving execute a reverse punch with your right hand.
  3. Execute a half step and turn 180° on line BA to make a right forward stance toward A and execute an outer forearm block with your right hand.
  4. Without moving execute a reverse punch with your left hand.
  5. Pivoting on your right foot turn 90° to the left to make a left forward stance toward D and execute a down block with your left hand.
  6. Step your back foot over to make a right forward stance toward D and execute a spear finger attack and Kiyap.
  7. Pivoting on your right foot bring the instep of your left foot to the back of your right knee and spin 360° around stepping out into a left forward stance toward D and execute a back fist with your left hand.
  8. Step your back foot over to make a right forward stance toward D and execute a back fist with your right hand.
  9. Pivoting your right foot turn 270° to your left and step out into a left forward stance toward E and execute an outer-forearm block with your left hand.
  10. Without moving execute a reverse punch with your right hand.
  11. Execute a half step and turn 180° on line EF to make a right forward stance toward F and execute an outer forearm block with your right hand.
  12. Without moving execute a reverse punch with your left hand.
  13. Cross your hands over your chest and pivoting on the balls of your feet turn 135° to your left so that you are making a left forward stance on line DA toward A and execute a twin wedging block.
  14. Execute a back leg front snap kick toward A with your right leg.
  15. Step down on line DA and make a right forward stance toward A executing a lunge punch with your right hand.
  16. Without moving execute a reverse punch with your left hand toward A.
  17. Cross your hand over your chest, life your right foot off the ground and turn 90° to your right while pivoting on your left foot. Step down on line DB making a right forward stance toward B and execute a twin wedging block.
  18. Execute a back leg front snap kick toward B with your left leg.
  19. Step down on line DB and make a left forward stance toward B executing a lunge punch with your left hand.
  20. Without moving execute a reverse punch with your right hand toward B.
  21. Lift your left leg and turn 45° to your left by pivoting on your right foot. Step down into a left forward stance on line DC toward C and execute a rising block with your left hand.
  22. Step your back leg over into a right forward stance toward C and execute a rising block with your right hand.
  23. Turn 270° to your left by pivoting on your right foot and step out into a side stance on line BA with your chest facing D executing a knife hand striking toward B.
  24. Bring your feet together left to right maintaining the flex in your knees and step out toward A into a side stance executing a knife hand striking toward A and Kiyap!

Return to the starting position by moving your right leg.
