Named after the holy Dan-Gun legendary founder of Korea in the year 2333 BC.
Start on the intersection of ABCD facing D in a parallel ready stance.

  1. Turn 90° to your left moving only your left leg and form a left back stance toward B while executing a knife hand guarding block.
  2. Step your right leg over and make a right forward stance toward B and execute a high section lunge punch with your right hand.
  3. Turn 180° to your right moving only your right leg and forma right back stance toward A while executing a knife hand guarding block.
  4. Step your left leg over and make a left forward stance toward A and execute a high section lunge punch with your left hand.
  5. Turn 90° to your left moving only your left leg and form a left forward stance toward D while executing a down block with your left hand.
  6. Extend your left hand and perform a measuring punch and then step your right leg over and make a right forward stance toward D and execute a high section lunge punch with your right hand.
  7. Step your left leg over and make a left forward stance toward D and execute a high section lunge punch with your left hand.
  8. Step your right leg over and make a right forward stance toward D and execute a high section lunge punch with your right hand and kiyap!
  9. Turn 270° to your left moving only your left foot and pivoting on your right to form a left back stance toward E and execute a twin outer forearm block.
  10. Step your right leg over and make a right forward stance toward E and execute a high section lunge punch with your right hand.
  11. Turn 180° to your right moving only your right leg and forma right back stance toward F while executing a twin outer forearm block.
  12. Step your left leg over and make a left forward stance toward F and execute a high section lunge punch with your left hand.
  13. Turn 90° to your left moving only your left leg and form a left forward stance toward C while executing a down block with your left hand.
  14. Without moving execute a rising block toward C with your left hand.
  15. Step your right leg over and make a right forward stance toward C and execute a rising block with your right hand.
  16. Step your left leg over and make a left forward stance toward C and execute a rising block with your left hand.
  17. Step your right leg over and make a right forward stance toward C and execute a rising block with your right hand and kiyap!
  18. Turn 270° to your left moving only your left foot and pivoting on your right to form a left back stance toward B and execute a knife hand striking.
  19. Step your right leg over and make a right forward stance toward B and execute a high section lunge punch with your right hand.
  20. Turn 180° to your right moving only your right leg and forma right back stance toward A while executing a knife hand striking.
  21. Step your left leg over and make a left forward stance toward A and execute a high section lunge punch with your left hand and kiyap!

Return to the starting position by moving your left leg.
